Research Interests

My research interests cover a broad spectrum of fluid mechanics, including:

• Micro-hydrodynamics

• Colloidal dispersions

• Flow through porous media

• Polymer rheology

• Non-Newtonian fluid mechanics

• Industrial problems

I employ both analytical and numerical techniques to study these problems, and work closely with experimental groups in Paris, Marseille and Toulouse. My research overlaps with a large number of industrial problems, primarily in the oil, glass, steel and food industries.
