R Programming

This course will teach you how to program in R. You may wish to read an article summarising my experiences so far teaching this course in PLoS Computational Biology.

The course is 16 hours: 12 hours lectures and four hours labs. Note slots 5 and 6 (lecture and lab) are on latex, not R, and are shared with maths undergrads. Here is the timetable: lec = lecture in MR15, lab = lab in MR16 (CATAM lab).

Lab notes: we will use a local copy of the DMB supplements adapted from Dynamic Models in Biology. Local copy of the Rfiles folder is provided. (Or download them all from the zip package.)
