DAMTP is delighted to host the new Cambridge Centre for AI in Medicine (CCAIM) directed by Professor Mihaela van der Schaar and co-directed by Professor Andres Floto. 

CCAIM, a partnership between the University of Cambridge, AstraZeneca and GSK, is a virtual university centre for cross-disciplinary research and development of AI for medicine, biomedical science and health care. Among other activities, for its five year duration, AstraZeneca and GSK will support five new PhD co-supervised studentships per year to drive cross-disciplinary research and clinical implementation.
