QICS
QICS is a convex optimization solver written in Python for problems in quantum information theory, that supports various quantum entropies and divergences (see paper, joint with Kerry He and James Saunderson).
CVXQUAD
CVXQUAD is a collection of functions to be used with the MATLAB-based convex optimization tool CVX. It augments CVX with new convex/concave functions such as the quantum relative entropy and other related functions based on the matrix logarithm. It is based on the paper Semidefinite approximations of the matrix logarithm (jointly authored with James Saunderson and Pablo Parrilo).
